Because of high demand, most people in our housing have waited several years.
If you have a housing emergency and need immediate help, please call Coordinated Housing Access at 503-655-8591 and they can work with you on a solution.
We also provide information on local low-cost apartments. These are not associated with the Housing Authority, and each has their own eligibility requirements and waitlist. For more information, please call the property that interests you.

When the application is available, there will be a short window where we accept applications. You’ll need to fill out the name, date of birth, social security number for all household members.
